Quick answers for logging, results, patterns, and confidence, aligned with the help available inside the App.

How to read results

Rise (delta)

Rise is the change between a pre-meal and post-meal reading. +40 mg/dL or more counts as a spike in the App — a descriptive line, not a medical definition.

Pattern

A pattern means the same type of result appeared more than once in logged meals. Use it for observation; it is not enough alone to judge.

Confidence

Confidence describes the strength of evidence in the data, not the “correctness” of a result. Low confidence means few examples or mixed results.

Why an insight appears or does not appear

Insights are built from repeating patterns, not one meal. When hidden, the data is usually insufficient or inconsistent.

How to use the App

Log a meal

Start with the meal and time. Add carbohydrates and bolus when you know them; a clearer log makes clearer reads.

Add pre and post readings

Pre- and post-meal readings about two hours apart improve data quality and insights.

Read top to bottom

The Dashboard begins with an overview, quick numbers, and glucose and food previews. Analytics provides deeper charts, while Review shows the weekly story and saved reports.

What the App does not do

No medical advice

SugroLy explains logged data using non-clinical framing. It does not tell you what treatment to follow.

No dose calculation

The App does not calculate insulin doses or recommend corrections. Prediction estimates from past patterns; it is not a promise of outcome.

Not a replacement for your clinician

Use the App as a personal logging and review tool, not as a replacement for professional care.
