2. Covered materials
SugroLy materials include, where protectable, software, interface structure, design, text, graphics, icons, logo, documentation, presentation systems, and original analytics. This excludes user data and materials owned by third parties.
3. Permitted use
The Terms of Use grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as offered. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property right to you.
4. Unauthorized use
Protected materials may not be copied, modified, republished, distributed, sold, used to create derivative works, or stripped of rights notices without written permission, except where law or an applicable third-party license expressly permits. Additional technical restrictions in the Terms of Use also apply.
5. Third parties and identifiers
Third-party names, products, and libraries remain the property of their owners and are governed by their licenses. SugroLy, شقرولي, and the logo identify the product; displaying them does not grant a license to use them or imply affiliation or endorsement.

To report use that you believe infringes your rights, email a clear description of the work, the location at issue, and your contact information to sugroly@gmail.com. We may request more information to verify the report.
