Three destinations instead of scattered screens

SugroLy is now organized around Today for current status and the next action, Diary for historical records and details, and Insights for patterns and supporting evidence. Record remains the clear gateway for adding a meal, glucose reading, or profile-appropriate basal entry.

Today: what matters now

Today presents an evidence snapshot, special notes, the clearest recent patterns, and a direct gateway to Reports & Tools. It prioritizes a readable summary over crowding every chart onto one screen.

Diary: the historical source of truth

Diary combines meals, glucose readings, and related entries in a searchable timeline with filters and date navigation. Open an item to review, edit, link or unlink readings, or use contextual daily export.

Insights: four connected views

Insights starts with data quality and evidence coverage, then moves through Glucose, Food, and Carbs. Each view explains the period, sample, and evidence limits.

  • Glucose: distribution and trends in recorded readings.
  • Food: recurring associations in meals and foods.
  • Carbs: a descriptive relationship between amount and glucose change.
  • Reports & Tools: reports, data quality, and profile-relevant tools.

What the app does not do

SugroLy does not diagnose, predict clinical outcomes, or recommend treatment or doses. Results summarize what was recorded and can be affected by missing data, timing, source quality, and food estimates. Its purpose is clearer review and better questions.
