Note: Use the app for organization and descriptive review only. Do not change treatment or doses based on the app.
1. Set your unit and profile first
Choose mg/dL or mmol/L and review therapy profile and optional integrations. Correct unit and time matter more than filling every field.
2. Record what changes the meaning
For meals, add type, time, components, or carbohydrates when known. A standalone reading remains valid; meal-response analysis needs linked readings within the app's governed window.
3. Use Diary to correct the record
Search, filter, and navigate by date to find missing or duplicated entries. Open an item to edit it or review links instead of creating another copy.
4. Open Insights when evidence has accumulated
Start with Overview: check data quality, meal count, and response-eligible readings. Then open Glucose, Food, or Carbs. An insufficient-data state is useful honesty, not a failure.
5. Make review weekly
Set aside a short period to review what repeated. Open Reports & Tools, check period, sample, and confidence, then prepare a few questions for your clinician.
6. Share carefully
Reports can contain sensitive health information. Review files before sending, use a secure channel, and never share backup protection secrets with untrusted recipients.
